Google Analytics is a free service which can provide you with detailed analysis on the ABC’s of your website. The ABC’s consist of;
- Audience/Acquisition – who is viewing your website and where did they come from
- Behaviour – what are they doing when they get to your website
- Conversion – tracking the achievement of your goals
Using Google Analytics in conjunction with your WordPress website can provide valuable insights, and it’s very easy to get set up.

This weekend has been pretty hectic. For approximately 8-9 hours, across two days, we have fought through hordes of zombies, and some of us have barely survived. Basically, we spent the entire weekend playing Zombicide. Zombicide is a cooperative strategy game for 1-6 players, with successes determined by the luck of the dice roll.

The 13th January saw the Cross Keys pub in Leeds host the UK’s first Escape Game unconference, and I managed to be part of it. Escape Games have taken the UK by storm in the last few years, and it seems that a new site appears in major cities every few months. Competition is high, but Escape Games are incredibly popular right now, and it looks like they’re here to stay.
